- When plugged into an PSP, enables developer/recovery mode in PSP - Allows recovering from bad ROM flashes and other bricks

Note: this pandora battery forces PSP to enter recovery mode every time the PSP is turned on. Because the pandora feature can be digitally turned on and off, this battery can also serve as a normal battery for playing games.
